FICA Compliance Process

• Client address data is corrected to ETL standard and then compared with that held on ETL database and a “match” type determined.
• Match type rules are agreed with Client before-hand.
• Based on these rules ETL will return a set of status flags to Client along with the data
• ETL returns:
• The current ETL record.
• The match status against the client record by:
• ID No
• Surname
• First name/ Initials
• Physical Address
• The original client record.
